Customers whose accounts are past due will receive a delinquency notice, in addition to their bill, prior to services being cut off.

The City of Fulshear Utilities Department is responsible for the billing and receipting of city utilities including water, sewer, solid waste & recycling. Our office will assist residents in setting up new services, billing inquiries, payments, and disconnecting services.
