In September 2022, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2022-1387, setting new water rates for the city’s customers based on the FY 22 Water and Wastewater Rate Study.

On September 5, 2023, City of Fulshear presented a water overview during a Special City Council meeting. Residents and customers are encouraged to view the presentation here.


On March 1, 2016, the City of Fulshear began managing its own water utility accounts. All accounts previously serviced by our third party operator, Inframark LLC, were merged into the City's existing solid waste utility accounts. Customers will now receive a combined bill for water, sewer, solid waste and recycling utilities. Customers are urged to contact the City of Fulshear for any emergencies or problems with your water and sewer including low pressure, discoloration, and high usage.
