The Fulshear Police Department’s House Watch Program is offered to provide added peace of mind while residents are away from home for an extended period. During your absence, a Fulshear PD officer will conduct periodic exterior checks of your residence. The information you provide allows us to contact you, or your designated keyholder, if a situation arises that may require attention.

• House Watch requests are available to residences within Fulshear city limits only. 
• House Watch requests are limited to two (2) consecutive weeks per quarter (3 months). 
• House Watch requests will not be accepted for properties that are actively for sale, rent, or lease.

House Watch requests will not be accepted for residences that will be occupied or accessed by anyone during the homeowner’s absence.
 
The Fulshear Police Department cannot guarantee checks at specific dates or times; however, every effort will be made to conduct checks as workload and staffing allows. House Watch services will be suspended during natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, floods, etc.). By requesting House Watch services, the requester acknowledges and assumes all risk and releases the City of Fulshear and the Fulshear Police Department and employees from liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from or related to the requested service.
