Irene Stern Facility Rental

The Irene Stern Fulshear Community Center may be reserved for use by the public when regular programming is not scheduled. The maximum capacity of the center is 225. The normal setup is (19) 60'' round tables with 8 chairs at each. There are also (4) 8 foot tables towards the back of the room available for use.

PEACE OFFICERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVENTS THAT EXCEED 75 GUESTS AND/OR HAVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

 Please contact the Fulshear Police Department for available Peace Officer services at 281-346-2202. 

 If alcohol will be present at your event, please obtain your temporary permit here. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a TABC certified bartender. One bartender per 100 people is recommended. 

NEW easy-to-use A/V system features a large projection screen paired with a 4K laser projector, plus a convenient HDMI wall input and a USB wireless Barco (ClickShare) option for quick, cable-free screen sharing. Audio is supported by a four-zone sound system with an amplifier, and a wall-mounted controller for simple, centralized operation. Also equipped with two wireless handheld microphones to ensure voices are heard clearly throughout the room.

Park Pavilion Rentals 

The Irene Stern Park Pavilion, located at 6920 Katy-Fulshear Road, Fulshear, Texas 77441, may be reserved for rental for public or private events of a non-commercial nature when City of Fulshear programming is not scheduled. Pavilion rentals do not include privatization of the playground or the community center.

Prior to making a reservation, the Renter is required to review the Irene Stern Park Pavilion Reservation, Rental, and Use Policy and review and sign the Irene Stern Park Pavilion Rental Agreement.
