 Carlos Andrés Mora | CEO Food Traders LLC

Carlos Andrés Mora is an entrepreneur, attorney, and community leader with more than 20 years of experience in international business development and cross-border expansion. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Food Traders LLC, a Houston-based wholesale food distribution company serving restaurants and businesses while creating local jobs and contributing to regional economic growth. He has also founded companies that help international entrepreneurs establish and expand their businesses in the United States.

Carlos holds a law degree from Colombia and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law from the University of Houston. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Fulshear Regional Chamber of Commerce and chairs its Government Affairs Committee. He is a frequent mentor and speaker on entrepreneurship, international business, and economic development.

 Daniel Yoo| CEO Surestone Group 

Daniel Yoo is Senior Vice President of Business Development at JDDA Group, a Houston-based, family-owned food, beverage, and retail concessions company operating across airports, hospitals, and college campuses in multiple states. He is also Founder and CEO of Surestone Group, where he is developing an AI- and robotics-enabled coffee concept.

Before returning to the family business, Daniel worked in institutional real estate capital markets at CBRE and Midway Companies. He holds an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston-Downtown. Daniel also serves as Vice Chair of the Asian Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston, Vice President of the Korean-American Chamber of Commerce of Houston, and a Board Director of Children at Risk.

 Denise Einkauf | Waggin’ Tails

Denise Einkauf is the owner and operator of Waggin’ Tails Pet Ranch in Fulshear and Waggin’ Tails Animal Inn in Richmond, all-inclusive pet resorts offering boarding, grooming, day camp, and training. Denise opened Waggin’ Tails Pet Ranch in 2005, expanded the business in 2014, and added Waggin’ Tails Animal Inn in 2020. Today, the Waggin’ Tails family has grown to 55 employees and serves more than 100 clients each day across its two facilities.

In 2023, Waggin’ Tails became the first pet services business to win America’s Top Small Business for the Southeast Region, placing among the top seven businesses in the nation. A longtime Fulshear business owner and community leader, Denise believes successful businesses begin with strong community service and has served numerous local organizations throughout the region.

    Susan LaDart | The Growler Spot

On August 11, 2014, The Growler Spot, a craft beer pub, opened its doors and brought something brand new to the Fulshear area. As the first of its kind in the community, we quickly became more than just a place to grab a great craft beer—we became a local gathering spot and a staple in the area.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving neighbors, friends, and families, and we’re incredibly proud to be part of the Fulshear community. Behind it all is Susan, who spent 36 years building a career as a geophysicist with Amoco/BP before retiring in 2021. After decades in the energy industry, Susan traded seismic data for craft beer and community.

What started in 2014 as a new concept for Fulshear has grown into a beloved local tradition, and we’re grateful to everyone who has raised a glass with us along the way. Here’s to 12+ years of great beer, good times, and an even better community!
