Business Retention & Expansion Services

The Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) Program connects Fulshear employers directly with the Economic Development team through one-on-one business visits and ongoing communication.

These conversations help us identify challenges, understand expansion plans, and connect businesses with appropriate resources and partners.

The program’s primary objectives are:

• Identify opportunities for business expansion, capital investment, and job creation.
• Connect businesses with workforce, industry, and business-support organizations.
• Help businesses navigate city processes and available development resources.
• Connect employers with financing, incentive, and assistance programs when appropriate.
• Strengthen relationships between the City of Fulshear and its business community.
