Fulshear's economic development efforts are powered by two organizations. The City of Fulshear Development Corporation (CDC) is a Type A sales tax corporation focused on infrastructure and job creation. The Fulshear Development Corporation (FDC) is a Type B sales tax corporation that supports projects enhancing community amenities and economic vitality. While each corporation has its own board of directors, both operate under a unified strategy to drive smart, sustainable growth.
