Session 2 – Building Fulshear

Explore how Planning Services shapes the future of Fulshear through permitting, inspections, health, and code enforcement—key functions that guide growth and generate vital City revenue. Learn how the Information Technology team supports these efforts behind the scenes, keeping City operations connected, secure, and efficient.
Session 3 – Delivering Essential Services
Monday, Jan. 26, 6-8 p.m., City Hall
Gain insight into how the City of Fulshear’s Utilities Department ensures safe, reliable water and wastewater services for our growing community. This session explores system maintenance, infrastructure planning, and the critical role Utilities plays in protecting public health and supporting daily life in Fulshear.
Session 4 – Connecting People and Progress
Monday, Feb. 2, 6-8 p.m., City Hall
Discover how Fulshear attracts new businesses, supports local growth, and promotes a thriving economy through the work of the Economic Development Corporation. Learn how the Communications team keeps residents informed and engaged—sharing the stories, projects, and progress that shape Fulshear’s identity and future.
Session 5 –Maintaining the Foundation of Our City
Monday, Feb. 9, 6-8 p.m., Irene Stern Community Center
Discover how the Public Works Department keeps Fulshear running smoothly through roadway maintenance, drainage management, traffic operations, and capital improvement projects. This session highlights the essential services that ensure safety, accessibility, and quality infrastructure for residents every day.
Session 6 – Keeping Fulshear Safe
Monday, Feb. 16, 6-8 p.m., City Hall
Learn how the Fulshear Police keeps the City consistently ranking as a top five safest city in Texas. This session will highlight different divisions within Police and how they work together to serve our community. In addition, hear from our Court division and how they serve the City and the State locally.
Session 7 - Keeping the curtain pulled back.
Monday, February 23, 6-8 p.m., City Hall
Learn how the City maintains financial accountability and supports the people who make it all happen. This session highlights the Finance Department’s role in revenue collection, budget planning, and the cost of services, as well as the Human Resources team’s efforts to recruit, retain, and support City employees who serve the community every day.
