The City of Fulshear is notifying utility customers of an important change to the mailing address used for utility bill payments.

Effective immediately, customers who mail utility payments should begin using the City’s updated mailing address listed below:

The previous mailing address:
PO Box 1134
should no longer be used for mailed utility payments, as payments sent to the former address may experience delays.

This change only impacts customers who submit payments by mail. Customers using online payment methods or automatic payment options will not be affected.

Residents are encouraged to update any personal banking information, bill-pay settings or mailed payment records to reflect the new address as soon as possible.
