The City of Fulshear proudly recognized the graduation of cohort two of the Fulshear Academy for Civic Training & Service (F.A.C.T.S.) during the March City Council meeting, celebrating a group of residents who have completed the program.
The Fulshear Academy for Civic Training & Service is designed to provide residents with a behind-the-scenes look at how their local government operates. Throughout the program, participants engaged directly with City staff and leadership, gaining valuable insight into municipal services, operations, and decision-making processes that shape the City of Fulshear.
During the March City Council meeting, graduates were formally recognized for their commitment to learning and service. Mayor McCoy and City Council members congratulated participants and expressed appreciation for their willingness to engage in the civic process.
“The FACTS program continues to be an incredible opportunity for residents to connect with their city in a meaningful way,” said Mariah Liendro, F.A.C.T.S. organizer.
The City of Fulshear looks forward to welcoming future participants to upcoming F.A.C.T.S. cohorts as the program continues to build a more informed and engaged community.
