The Fulshear Police Department encourages citizens to bring forward legitimate grievances regarding misconduct by Fulshear police employees. It is our responsibility to receive the complaint with courtesy and administer it with efficiency. If you wish to make a complaint against a department employee or the department itself, you may call 281-346-2202 and ask to speak with a supervisor.
The department shall accept complaints from any person who believes he/she has been stopped, searched, inappropriately issued a citation or arrested based on racial profiling. No person shall be discouraged, intimidated, or coerced from filing such a complaint, or discriminated against because he or she filed such complaint. Employees and supervisors shall report any racial profiling practice they observe.
To file a complaint, please complete the Citizen's Complaint Form and return it to the Chief of Police.
