City launches Customer Service Request Center

The City of Fulshear has implemented a new process to better address the needs of residents and visitors alike. The Service Request Center(SRC) is a centralized site to help residents find answers to their questions and make requests for service.

“In order to better serve Fulshear residents, the City has created an online portal to relay any concerns, issues, and/or questions that may arise. This is the first phase of an ongoing City effort to better address inquiries and requests from the public. While we plan to expand this effort in the future, we hope that this webpage can begin to better assist in answering questions about City programs, services, and other items of interest,” said Brant Gary, executive director of planning and development.

The site includes a breakout of departments and common requests that are made to each department. It also includes links to other services such as electric and natural gas providers, Fort Bend County, Texas Department of Transportation and other resources.

“Submitting a request is as easy as clicking on the appropriate department and completing the form on that page. Our goal is for the citizen/customer to receive a timely response to any questions or requests for service that may arise. We included links to other resources simply to help our residents in any way we can,” Gary said. “The SRC is the first step in our endeavor to better communicate with our residents and visitors and provide top notch service to all.”
