Doug Konopka, Advisory Member
The Planning Commission provides the City Council with recommendations regarding city ordinances, commercial building projects, and the development of parks and land planning projects.
For placement on the Planning Commission Agenda all project required documents must be completed and received 15 days prior to the Planning Commission Planning Date.
All commercial projects require a plan review by the Building Inspector and/or a drainage plan review by the City Engineer. The plan review process may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the project scope, number of buildings involved, and non-compliant issues. Commercial developers should allow at least 60 days for project processing.
The Planning Commission meets the first Friday of each month at 8:00 a.m. in the Council Room at the Fulshear City Hall, 30603 FM 1093, Fulshear, Texas 77441. Meetings are open to the public.
All subdivisions of land less than 10 acre parcels must be platted. Platting requirements are explained in the Subdivision Ordinance. For additional platting information, contact the City Secretary.
