The position of City Secretary serves as an administrative secretary to the Mayor, City Administrator, City Council, Planning Commission, and other areas that need assistance; and is the official custodian of City records; responsible for the control, certification and authenticity of City Documents.   As the Records Management Officer, administers the City’s Record Management Program.  Assists the Mayor and City Administrator as needed and performs other administrative functions in accordance with State laws and City ordinances and policy.    Provides staff support for other boards and commissions of the City.

(Diana) Gordon Offord has resided in the area all of her life.   I am a graduate of Texas Southern University and has been employed with the City of Fulshear since May '2006.   I have worked for State Government for many years and find that City Government also offers many new adventures I have not encountered before.   My hobbies are shopping and spending time with family.   I love spending time with my grandson, Jayden.

 

I am an active member of the Lively Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Fulshear Community Outreach Group and the Texas Municipal League (TML) Salt Grass Chapter (for City Secretaries).
