The first hill West of Houston is located in the heart of Fulshear, the fastest growing city in Fort Bend County. Small town atmosphere has caught the heart of many and attracted residents from all around the world. This dynamic community is best described as country chic, boasting several gourmet restaurants with world renowned chefs, numerous polo fields in the area and unique shopping experiences in the downtown district.

Nestled on the border of two of the highest ranked school districts in the state, students are guaranteed an excellent education.

These planned improvements to Fulshear’s mobility have helped to make it the hot spot for new commercial developments. There are plans for a new downtown development project, an HEB surrounded by 198,000 of retail, a daycare facility,  and a 24,000 square foot shopping center; all scheduled to break ground in the near future. Additionally, Judwin Properties has purchased 21 acres for a multi-family development in Cross Creek Ranch.  We currently have eight subdivisions in different stages of development in our city and our extra territorial jurisdiction.

Approximately 1,000 acres of newly annexed property at Igloo and I10 surrounding Rooms to Go.  This property is being actively  marketed for sales tax producing retail and light industrial.

Fulshear has a highly educated, affluent demographic, with half the population holding a bachelor’s degree or higher and earning a median household income of $156,000 at a median age of 36.  Fulshear is a thriving community that maintains an excellent quality of life, fostering a vibrant business environment, making it Fort Bend County's Premier Address.
